Location Data
This App stores users’ current location, as well as any other designated points, on a server, and provides a sharing feature.
This App can be used without user registration; however, it uses the location-tracking functionality of the user’s device to obtain and share location data.

・To investigate and resolve issues in the event of malfunctions or other troubles

This App is primarily intended for users aged 18 and over.
If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using this App.
For users under the age of 18, we assume that the parent or legal guardian has consented to this Policy.

Please note that, because this App does not require user registration, our ability to confirm a user’s identity is limited.
This app does not offer user registration, chat functions, or public profile features, and is therefore designed to have a very low risk of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
However, considering the anonymous location-sharing functionality, we strictly prohibit any CSAE-related behavior and will report such activities to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
・We do not guarantee the accuracy, immediacy, or completeness of the location data provided by this App. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this App.
・In the event of disputes, conflicts, or accidents between users or between users and third parties, such matters shall be resolved by the parties involved, and we will not be involved in any way.
・We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the actions of underage users who have used this App without obtaining consent from a parent or legal guardian.
・Except as otherwise required by applicable laws, we will not be liable for any damages arising from communication failures, system malfunctions, or the loss or alteration of data in connection with this App.
We may revise this Policy if we deem it necessary based on laws, regulations, or other requirements. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users through this App or by other appropriate means.
